Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye50 ml
• Lemons25 ml juice
• Sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml
• Egg white (optional)1, for foam

Method

1. Dry-shake everything without ice (if using egg white).
2. Add ice, shake again, hard.
3. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish.
