Mint Julep

Ingredients
- Bourbon / rye60 ml
- Fresh mint8 leaves + sprig
- Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml
Method
- Gently press the mint with syrup in the cup.
- Pack with crushed ice, add bourbon, churn.
- Crown with more crushed ice and a mint bouquet.
