Mint Julep

Kentucky air conditioning.

Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye60 ml
• Fresh mint8 leaves + sprig
• Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml

Method

1. Gently press the mint with syrup in the cup.
2. Pack with crushed ice, add bourbon, churn.
3. Crown with more crushed ice and a mint bouquet.
