Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye50 ml (rye if you have it)
• Sweet vermouth25 ml
• Angostura bitters2 dashes

Method

1. Stir everything with ice for 30 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Drop in a good cherry — never the neon kind.
