Old Fashioned

Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye60 ml
• Angostura bitters2–3 dashes
• Sugar (pantry)1 cube or 1 tsp

Method

1. Muddle the sugar with the bitters and a splash of water.
2. Add bourbon and a big ice cube; stir 30 seconds.
3. Express the orange zest over the top and drop it in.
