Strawberry Daiquiri

The daiquiri's summer fling.

Ingredients

• White rum50 ml
• Limes25 ml juice
• Strawberries4–5, hulled
• Sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml

Method

1. Blend everything with a cup of ice until smooth (or muddle & shake).
2. Pour into a chilled glass.
3. Garnish with the best-looking strawberry.
