Mojito
Havana's finest — bright, minty and dangerously sessionable.
Ingredients
- White rum50 ml
- Limes½, in wedges
- Fresh mint8–10 leaves
- Soda watertop up
- Sugar (pantry)2 tsp
Method
- Muddle the lime wedges, sugar and mint gently in a tall glass — bruise, don't shred.
- Half-fill with crushed ice and add the rum. Churn with a spoon.
- Top with more ice and soda water. Garnish big.
