Ingredients

• White rum30 ml
• Dark rum30 ml
• Triple sec / Cointreau15 ml
• Orgeat (almond syrup)15 ml
• Limes25 ml juice

Method

1. Shake everything with crushed ice.
2. Dump the lot — ice and all — into the glass.
3. Garnish like you mean it.
