Ingredients

• White rum50 ml
• Coconut cream50 ml
• Pineapple juice100 ml

Method

1. Blend everything with a cup of ice until smooth (or shake hard).
2. Pour into the most ridiculous glass available.
3. Garnish with pineapple and a tiny umbrella if civilised.
