Raspberry Julep

One for the brave and the briefly sensible.

Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye2 oz
• Grenadine1/2 oz
• Fresh mint8

Method

1. Softly muddle the mint leaves and raspberry syrup in the bottom of the cup.
2. Add crushed ice and Bourbon to the cup and then stir.
3. Top with more ice, garnish with a mint sprig.
