Ingredients

• Bourbon / rye2 oz
• Lemons1 oz
• Sugar (pantry)1 tsp superfine
• Soda water3 oz
• Maraschino cherry (pantry)1
• Oranges1

Method

1. Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently.
3. Garnish.
4. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
