Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz Bourbon / rye; Juice of 1/2 Lemons; 1 tsp Powdered sugar; 1 tblsp Port; 1 Egg white; Soda water

Ingredients

Bourbon / rye1 1/2 oz
LemonsJuice of 1/2
Powdered sugar (pantry)1 tsp
Port1 tblsp
Egg white1
Soda water

Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
