Ingredients

• White rum4.5 cl
• Galliano1.5 cl
• Pineapple juice6 cl
• Limes1 dash
• Prosecco / champagnetop up

Method

1. Shake pour ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into glass, top with Sparkling wine.
