Ingredients
- Brandy / cognac50 ml
- Triple sec / Cointreau25 ml
- Lemons25 ml juice
- Sugar rim (pantry)optional
Method
- Sugar-rim a chilled coupe if you fancy.
- Shake everything hard with ice.
- Double-strain and garnish with orange zest.
