Ingredients

• Brandy / cognac50 ml
• Lemons25 ml juice
• Sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml
• Egg white (optional)1

Method

1. Dry-shake if using egg white, then shake with ice.
2. Strain over fresh ice.
3. Garnish.
