Brandy and ginger with a lemon-peel mane.

Ingredients

• Brandy / cognac50 ml
• Ginger aletop up
• Lemonslong spiral of peel
• Angostura bitters (optional)2 dashes

Method

1. Hang a long lemon spiral inside an ice-filled highball.
2. Add brandy, top with ginger ale.
3. Dash the bitters if you've got them.
