Ingredients
- Brandy / cognac2 oz
- Lemons1 oz
- Sugar (pantry)1-2 tblsp
- Ice (pantry)1
- Egg white
Method
- Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
