Ingredients

• Brandy / cognac2 oz
• Lemons1 oz
• Sugar (pantry)1-2 tblsp
• Ice (pantry)1
• Egg white

Method

1. Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
