Ingredients

• Gin40 ml
• Triple sec / Cointreau30 ml
• Lemons20 ml juice
• Egg white (optional)1

Method

1. Shake everything hard with ice (dry-shake first if using egg white).
2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Twist the lemon over the top.
