• Gin30 ml
• Lemons15 ml juice
• Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml
• Prosecco / champagnetop up

Method

1. Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
2. Strain into a flute.
3. Top slowly with fizz, twist the lemon over the top.
