- Gin30 ml
- Lemons15 ml juice
- Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml
- Prosecco / champagnetop up
Method
- Shake gin, lemon and syrup with ice.
- Strain into a flute.
- Top slowly with fizz, twist the lemon over the top.
