• Gin60 ml
• Vodka20 ml
• Dry vermouth10 ml (Lillet Blanc if you're fancy)

Method

1. Shake it — yes, shaken, that's the point — with plenty of ice.
2. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with a long lemon twist.
