Ingredients

• Gin30 ml
• Cherry brandy15 ml
• Pineapple juice60 ml
• Limes15 ml juice
• Grenadine10 ml
• Triple sec / Cointreau (optional)7.5 ml
• Angostura bitters (optional)1 dash
• Soda water (optional)splash

Method

1. Shake everything except soda with ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled tall glass.
3. Top with a splash of soda, garnish lavishly.
