Ingredients: 2 oz Gin; 2 tsp Cream / milk; 1 tsp Powdered sugar; Juice of 1/2 Lemons; 1 Egg white; Soda water

Smooth enough to make you forget the gin underneath.

Ingredients

Gin2 oz
Cream / milk2 tsp
Powdered sugar (pantry)1 tsp
LemonsJuice of 1/2
Egg white1
Soda water

Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass over two ice cubes.
Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.
