Ingredients

• Irish cream (Baileys)2/3 oz
• Blackberry liqueur1/3 oz
• Sugar syrup (pantry)1 tsp
• Sugar (pantry)2 pinches

Method

1. Coat the rim of a shot glass with sugar using sugar syrup to stick.
2. Add the Chambord raspberry liqueur to the shot glass, and carefully layer the Baileys Irish Cream on top.
3. Serve.
