Gin Sour
Balanced on a knife-edge of sour and sweet.

Ingredients
- Gin2 oz
- Lemons1 oz
- Sugar (pantry)1/2 tsp superfine
- Oranges1
- Maraschino cherry (pantry)1
Method
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry.
