Egg Nog #4
One jug, many friends, no arguments. Not strictly on the menu — but for you, fine.

Ingredients
- Egg yolk (pantry)6
- Sugar (pantry)1/4 cup
- Cream / milk2 cups
- White rum1/2 cup
- Bourbon / rye1/2 cup
- Vanilla extract (pantry)1 tsp
- Salt (pantry)1/4 tsp
- Egg white6
- Sugar (pantry)1/4 cup
- Nutmeg (pantry)Ground
Method
- In a small mixer bowl beat egg yolks till blended.
- Gradually add 1/4 cup sugar, beating at high speed till thick and lemon colored.
- Stir in milk, stir in rum, bourbon, vanilla, and salt.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Whip cream.
- Wash beaters well.
- In a large mixer bowl beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
