Dark and Stormy

IBA-listed, for good reason. Takes its time, like all good company. On the quiet, one of my favourites.

Served in: Highball glass

Ingredients

• Dark rum5 cl
• Ginger beer10 cl

Method

1. In a highball glass filled with ice add 6cl dark rum and top with ginger beer.
2. Garnish with lime wedge.
