Espresso Rumtini

An espresso martini that ran away to sea.

Ingredients

• Dark rum40 ml
• Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)20 ml
• Coffee / espresso1 shot, fresh
• Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml

Method

1. Shake everything very hard with ice.
2. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Float the coffee beans on the foam.
