Espresso Rumtini
An espresso martini that ran away to sea.

Ingredients
- Dark rum40 ml
- Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)20 ml
- Coffee / espresso1 shot, fresh
- Sugar syrup (pantry)10 ml
Method
- Shake everything very hard with ice.
- Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Float the coffee beans on the foam.
