Ingredients

• Dark rum50 ml
• Ginger beer120 ml
• Limeswedge

Method

1. Fill a highball with ice and pour in the ginger beer.
2. Float the dark rum on top — that's the storm cloud.
3. Squeeze the lime over and serve unstirred.
