• Gin50 ml
• Lemons20 ml juice
• Grenadine15 ml (or raspberry syrup)
• Egg white (optional)1

Method

1. Dry-shake everything without ice.
2. Add ice, shake hard again.
3. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
