• Gin50 ml
• Maraschino liqueur15 ml
• Lemons20 ml juice
• Crème de violette (optional)5 ml, for the colour

Method

1. Shake everything with ice.
2. Double-strain into a chilled coupe.
3. Drop a cherry to the bottom.
