Ingredients

• Dark rum2 oz
• Coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)1 oz
• Egg white1

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
