An old page from the book, poured properly. On the quiet, one of my favourites.

Served in: Cocktail glass

Ingredients

• Scotch whisky1 1/2 oz
• Red wine1 oz Green Ginger
• Orange juice1 oz

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
