Sherry Flip

Ingredients

• Sherry1 1/2 oz cream
• Cream / milk2 tsp
• Powdered sugar (pantry)1 tsp
• Egg white1 whole
• Nutmeg (pantry)

Method

1. Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
2. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
