Sherry Eggnog
Pudding with a wink.
Served in: Collins glass
Ingredients
- Sherry2 oz cream
- Powdered sugar (pantry)1 tsp
- Egg white1 whole
- Cream / milk
- Nutmeg (pantry)
Method
- Shake sherry, powdered sugar, and egg with ice and strain into a collins glass.
- Fill with milk and stir.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
