Ingredients

• Vodka50 ml
• Passion fruit1, plus ½ to garnish
• Limes10 ml juice
• Vanilla sugar syrup (pantry)15 ml
• Prosecco / champagne (optional)shot on the side

Method

1. Scoop the passion fruit into a shaker with vodka, lime and syrup.
2. Shake hard with ice, double-strain into a coupe.
3. Float the passion fruit half, serve the chilled fizz in a shot glass alongside.
