Ingredients

• Tequila50 ml
• Grapefruit juice50 ml
• Limes15 ml juice
• Soda watertop up
• Pinch of salt (pantry)

Method

1. Build tequila, grapefruit, lime and salt over ice.
2. Top with soda and give it one gentle stir.
3. Garnish with a fat grapefruit wedge.
