Ingredients

• Tequila50 ml
• Triple sec / Cointreau25 ml
• Limes25 ml juice
• Salt for the rim (pantry)

Method

1. Run a lime wedge round half the rim and dip it in salt.
2. Shake tequila, triple sec and lime juice hard with ice.
3. Strain over fresh ice (or straight up). Garnish.
