Lemon Drop

A sherbet lemon you can legally drink.

Ingredients

• Vodka50 ml
• Triple sec / Cointreau20 ml
• Lemons25 ml juice
• Sugar rim + 10 ml syrup (pantry)

Method

1. Sugar-rim a chilled martini glass.
2. Shake everything hard with ice.
3. Double-strain and garnish.
