French Martini

Not French, barely a martini, completely delicious.

Ingredients

• Vodka40 ml
• Blackberry liqueur15 ml (Chambord, ideally)
• Pineapple juice60 ml

Method

1. Shake everything very hard — the pineapple makes the foam.
2. Double-strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Admire the silky top.
