Brazil's national cocktail — lime with the volume at 11.

Ingredients

• Cachaça60 ml
• Limes1, in wedges
• Sugar (pantry)2 tsp

Method

1. Muddle the lime wedges and sugar firmly in the glass.
2. Fill with crushed ice, add cachaça.
3. Churn well and serve with a short straw.
