Port Wine Flip
Pudding with a wink.
Served in: Whiskey sour glass
Ingredients
- Port1 1/2 oz
- Cream / milk2 tsp
- Powdered sugar (pantry)1 tsp
- Egg white1 whole
- Nutmeg (pantry)
Method
- Shake all ingredients (except nutmeg) with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass.
- Sprinkle nutmeg on top and serve.
