Ingredients: 1/2 handful Fresh mint; 3 cl Lemons; 1/8 L Jamaican Dark rum; 1/8 L Soda water; 8 drops Angostura bitters

Refreshment with the rum kept on a polite leash.

Fresh mint1/2 handful
Lemons3 cl
Dark rum1/8 L Jamaican
Soda water1/8 L
Angostura bitters8 drops

Method

Put mint with lemon juice in a glas, mash the mint with a spoon, ice, rum & fill up with club soda.
Top it with Angostura.
