Lazy Coconut Paloma
Sunshine, decanted. On the quiet, one of my favourites.
Served in: Highball glass
Ingredients
- Coconut rum (Malibu)30 ml
- Grapefruit juice75 ml
- Soda waterTop
Method
- Mix the coconut liqueur (preferably tequila) with the grapefruit juice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with a large grapefruit slice against the inside of the glass.
