Irish Coffee
Coffee, but make it a celebration.
Served in: Toddy glass
Ingredients
- Irish whiskey40 ml
- Coffee / espresso120 ml hot coffee
- Cream / milklightly whipped, to float
- Brown sugar (pantry)2 tsp
Method
- Stir whiskey, hot coffee and sugar in a warmed glass.
- Float the cream over the back of a spoon.
- Drink the coffee through the cream. Never stir.
Garnish
Grated nutmeg (optional)
