Irish Coffee

Coffee, but make it a celebration.

Served in: Toddy glass

Ingredients

• Irish whiskey40 ml
• Coffee / espresso120 ml hot coffee
• Cream / milklightly whipped, to float
• Brown sugar (pantry)2 tsp

Method

1. Stir whiskey, hot coffee and sugar in a warmed glass.
2. Float the cream over the back of a spoon.
3. Drink the coffee through the cream. Never stir.

Garnish

Grated nutmeg (optional)
