Ingredients
- Prosecco / champagnetop up
- Angostura bitters3 dashes
- Sugar cube (pantry)1
Method
- Soak the sugar cube in bitters and drop into a flute.
- Top slowly with chilled fizz.
- Twist the lemon over the top.
