Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

• Prosecco / champagnetop up
• Angostura bitters3 dashes
• Sugar cube (pantry)1

Method

1. Soak the sugar cube in bitters and drop into a flute.
2. Top slowly with chilled fizz.
3. Twist the lemon over the top.
