Aperol Spritz

The sound of an Italian summer, 3-2-1.

Ingredients

• Aperol60 ml
• Prosecco / champagne90 ml
• Soda water30 ml

Method

1. Fill a big wine glass with ice.
2. Pour prosecco, then Aperol, then soda (that order stops it sinking).
3. Stir gently, add a fat orange slice.
